How do i handle this and what should i do?

theres this girl who i like soo much and i think about her all day every day. im almost certain that she likes me too. we went to the jr prom together this year. the thing thats been driving me crazy is that i have done all the initiating through texts, facebook messages, etc lately. she hasnt started a convo with me in a while. when we do talk tho her responses are long and she keeps the conversation going always. i havent texted her since saturday hoping she would but she hasnt yet. I already tried this 2 weeks ago and i got as far as a week without talking to her but then i caved. should i just stay firm and wait for her to text me first or should i cave again? its been really difficult not talking to her the last few days but i feel like im annoying her if im the one always initiating. what should i do? help is much appreciated
