Which fish and invertibrates are friendly with mandarin fish?

I'm new to this hobby and already I love it. I have a 30g tank which I've had running for about a month with just LR. Id love to have mandarin fish in my tank. My question is which fish and invertibrates are comparable with mandarin fish and would make a beautiful looking tank. Also any advise you'd give someone new to this :) thanks!
