Taxes online in Colorado when buying stuff?

Im going to to be buying a Umerex Colt m16 22. LR online from cheaperthandirt.com and i know you have to ship the gun seperatly to a ffa dealer and i was wondering do i have to pay tax if i want to buy that gun online and some extra stuff
